Statewide Mutual - Self Assessment app for iPhone and iPad

The Self-Assessment application allows council(s) to carry out preventative evaluation of areas of responsibilities. The application enables Council representatives to be able to complete a series of applicable questionnaires in order to identify or validate their level of due diligence in respect to areas of responsibility.
